It's All About Family

Family : a group of people united by certain convictions or a common affiliation. - Webster Dictionary

The focus of the small group ministry is about FAMILY. Therefore, our small group ministry is called Family Group ministry.

The vision New Life has for the family group ministry is that we will have "Families within THE Family." Families will consist of our family groups. THE Family is our church family, our NL congregation.

Why Family? A family is all about RELATIONSHIPS! Our focus on family group is going to be on relationships - first, our vertical relationship with Jesus Christ, Our Lord and Savior and secondly, our horizontal relationship with people, people of our church and hopefully others that are not part of God's family. We are not going to isolate ourselves in our own family. We will build relationships with the other family groups thus building the unity of THE family. In the process, by loving each other, we will also learn to love those who are either unbelievers or people that have strayed off the Christian walk.

The main emphasis we would like our family group ministry to have is the idea and concept of a FAMILY. We will fulfill our vision by DOING LIFE TOGETHER via families within THE family.
